[aquaria] Missing resources and aqconfig

Something that still haven't been resolved: not all of the Aquaria
codebase has been put into the repository. Specifically, the resources
for Aquaria (icon and version info) and AQConfig has not been
included. It's easy to reproduce the resources (Resource Hacker ftw),
but it would be heck of a job trying to decompile aqconfig. I'm
guessing the reason that those things have not been added was Linux
did not have any need for them, but there are people out there trying
to make Aquaria builds on Windows.

BTW, maybe all of the DRM code should be stripped, as there's not
really any point having a constant for the registered name but no
functionality differences.
