All archives contain the lilo bitmap and it's source Gimp file, so you can edit the layers and customize to your taste. All the logos, text, windows, borders, and backgrounds are in seperate layers. This makes it easy to remove stuff you don't like and replace it. Just flatten image and convert to 256 color bitmap to make it usable for lilo.

These themes can be installed with the GNOME GDM theme manager.

My LCD skin for GQMPEG goes well with any theme or on any dock, since it's just a LCD. It switches from 64x64 to 53x51 for use in the root window or top of a dock. It looks like it's 'embedded' in your theme. I also have a README on how to set it up for Window Maker so it can do neat tricks.
