Server not showing up in game browser

hi,

i start my server with the following sequence:
./ut3demo server 
DM-Heatray?MaxPlayers=10?bShouldAdvertise=True?bIsLanMatch=False?bIsDedicated=True?PureServer=1?forcerespawn=1?timelimit=20?goalscore=40?AdminPassword=xxx 
-login=login -password=password

it comes up perfectly and i can easily join the game via console.
but it doesn't show up in any game browser (neither DM/TDM nor vCTF)

the server is not behind a NAT and also runs other games.
(i think that there shouldn't be a "port-collision"...)

part of my DefaultGame.ini:

am i missing anything?

what about all the blank server-names?
