Fixed.

Fixed (and about damned time too!)

In progress - particles are being broken and fixed in the knghtbrd branch.
When I merge back in to head, this will be fixed.

Outstanding. Mostly we should not be printing that the server dropped us
just because a demo ended. It's a useless/confusing warning message in
the case of demo playback. This is trivial if someone wants to go fix
this.
