rgb should be on scale 0 to 1, not 0 to 255, for light function

"light" and "color" fields in some func_* entities setup constant light for
cgame. However, cgame does not add the light correctly.

Found by Eraesr (EntityPlus developer). EntityPlus is GPL3+, but I was given
permission to use in GPL2+.
