The project file mostly works but it needs someone with time and knowledge of
programming and ioq3 to finish it.

Near the end you can read about the use local headers snag. And it needs
server and tools projects for that solution, too. QVM compiles, could go
either way, the binaries are the more important things to get workin'.
So yeah, I'm rootin' fer ya with the 64-bit! You might want to write out a
general how-to as a starting place or something. Just be aware that all the
issues might not be hammered out with the solution/project files. Most of
them, but not all.
