[quake2] Mouse issue (acceleration related)

btw: this is much more apparent with m_filter 1, seems like the sdl  
problem with it not moving at all is very hard to replicate in sdl,  
however the negative move in glx is still there. There is definantly mouse  
acceleration. We really need to get this off :/
