Installer Update

Hey geeks,

I have updated my installer to 0.16.1. The x86 binaries are now compiled 
with a SuSE Linux 8.1 so it should work on all new distros.

The x86_64 binaries are compiled with my SuSE 9.2 with ALSA support, 
should be also no problem to run on other PCs.

Some bugs in the setup has also been fixed with amd64 ;)
