[quake2] Quake2 stencil shadows..

Hello brendan and others..

Just wanted to say that I've ported Jamie's Stencil Shadows patch from
quakeforge's quake2 to icculus' quake2.. I have modified the Linux and
Solaris source bases but I am unable to verify that it is working properly
under Linux at this time (don't want to turn on my noisy PC, that would
wake up the baby and it's still early morning here). The current code is
at:
http://step.polymtl.ca/~coyote/quake2-r0.0.14.2.tar.gz
I've verified that I do get shadows on Sparc with:
+set gl_shadows 1 +set gl_stencilshadow 1

(PS I've been really careful so I guess it -should- work but who knows..)

So far, only characters and objects seem to cast a shadow, not buildings
or large stone blocks themselves.. Don't know if that's expected but I
can't verify it under Linux with QuakeForge's quake2-0.1 at the moment..

Jamie: I promise I'll backport my Solaris patches from Icculus to
Quakeforge one day but that will take some time.. :)
