[openbox] Running OB without XDG

Hi,

It would be nice if there were a way, using the user config files, to
prevent running /usr/libexec/openbox-xdg-autostart.

Rationale is that the XDG autostart scripts are used by many environments.
Some scripts use "OnlyShowIn" while others use "NotShowIn". Most, if not
all, of the standard XDG autostart scripts only anticipate environments
GNOME, MATE, Unity and KDE, so it is hard to control what happens under the
OPENBOX environment. Moreover, this can suddenly change when scripts are
updated by package management.
