[openbox] Advanced menu customization features

May I ask what would be the difficulties in implementing those features? They do not seem so hard.
 
Or perhaps you have a development policy that prevents you from making Openbox too complicated?
 
Some of those features are really cool, such as being able to customize the colors of the different menus.
 
Please, some comments from the devs.
