[openbox] Warping to another desktop

  1. xdotool provide this functionality.

"WIP version 3 of edges thinger" and beside. With this it is possible
bind actions to the clicks on the border, in particular to the wheel
rotation. IMHO it is more convenient and safer than clickless border touch.
