[openbox] Warping to another desktop

Hi.  I would like to use the mouse to switch desktops, but without
clicking, just by "warping".  Openbox seems to provide this when
dragging a window.  Can I also do it in general, just by moving the
mouse to the edge?  I guess the answer right now is no, so how
easy/difficult would it be (for me) to add the feature?
