[openbox] auto-starting xscreensaver

I'm going to assume we are all Geeks, otherwise we wouldn't have a clue as
to what Openbox is, let alone Linux for a lot of the world too.

I'm also assuming you're running a fairly recent LCD panel? If so, screen
savers are pointless and save nothing and do nothing.

Also if you really want to save the life of a screen you're better off
letting the monitor sleep....
