[openbox] Remove application from alt + tab

You can set the _NET_WM_STATE_SKIP_TASKBAR or _NET_WM_STATE_SKIP_PAGER
states on the window. Hopefully wmctrl lets you do this. One of them will
make the alt-tab list skip it, I forget which.
