[openbox] Losing focus

The window cycle patch is "Allow non-interactive focus cycling" by Dana
Jansens 1 Oct 2012.

I'm running an a laptop with a small screen. Does your save dialog pop up on
top of the main screen, or off to the side? Do you have to mouse over to get
your pointer over it, or does it pop up under your pointer?

My openbox is based on commit 5aad740a, "Quiet build outbut on by default",
