[openbox] Pidgin Dialog Placement

I'm pretty sure this is pidgin specifying its window location, not something
that openbox is doing.  Back when I was running twm I got the same behavior
from pidgin.  Openbox probably has a way to override the app's geometry
preferences but I don't know what it is.
