[openbox] switching windows using xfce4-panel

Hi all,

I'm facing this issue using openbox with XFCE: nothing happens when I try
to switch back to applications that had opened modal windows (alt tab
works, only the xfce4-panel doesn't). This steps will reproduce the error:

- Start a XFCE session & "openbox --replace"
- Start any application (like "gedit")
- Go to "File > Open" (the "Open File" dialog will appear)
- Start any application wich covers gedit windows.

- Now, try to switch back to gedit using the buttons on xfce4-panel. Nothing
will happen.

This only occurs with openbox, other window managers are OK. Any idea how
can I fix that?
