[openbox] ALT+TAB suddenly only works after "Reconfigure"

I experience something similar. I've always thought it was due to
several processes that are started as part of the startx.

I use the H key and that one needs to be defined at the time openbox
starts. Sometimes the key is defined in time, other times I need to
restart openbox before the key works.
