Loosing focus when iconifing

Hi.

I don't know if this is a normal behaviour or a bug but I find annoying
that the focus is lost when I iconify a window. Is this the way that
Openbox should work? Here is my config:

  <focusNew>yes</focusNew>
  <followMouse>no</followMouse>
  <focusDelay>0</focusDelay>
  <raiseOnFocus>no</raiseOnFocus>
