[openbox] openbox 3.4.7-pre3 test release

Hi all,

I'd like to inform you that we have released an Openbox 3.4.7-pre3
tarball.  This mostly contains translation updates, but also some minor 
bug fixes.  Most of the bugfixes fix regressions since 3.4.6.1.

I hope some of you will try it out and let us know of any problems! :)
