sound?

Hi, I have just started using openbox and I am _very_ impressed.
There's just one feature I miss - playing sounds for window events.
My other two favourite window managers, windowmaker and sawfish,
both allow this. Assuming nobody is currently working on it,
I'd like to give it a try.

But first: is this at all consistent with openbox design objectives?
Will it not be considered excessive bloat? In fact there's no need
for interfacing with ALSA or another sound API: it would be enough
to provide hooks to execute a user specified shell command after each
event. The command could come either from the rc.xml file or from
the theme. Thoughts?
