[openbox] Fullscreen in acroread doesn't work properly

Well, normally I /do/ use evince. But IMHO acroread does render the
pdf more accurate, so I prefer this app for talks. I create my
presentation slides with latex beamer and show them as PDF. By the way,
I like acroread, it is looking nice (at least since 7.0) and has a lot
of features. Unfortunately it is quite slow and eats lots of memory...
