ToggleDockAutohide

 Hello.
New release openbox-3.4.4 have a lot of cool bug fixes. Thanks for such
fast release.
I suppose, I have found one little mistake in ToggleDockAutohide action.
I have configure Dock with: <stacking>Top</stacking>. But when I use
action ToggleDockAutohide, doc dock use same layer like other windows
not top layer.

Please correct me if I do something wrong.
