Tiling windows?

Is it possible in Openbox to tile windows, such as Fluxbox's
ArrangeWindows command?  Often I need to bring two windows side by
side or one on top of the other in order to read from one and work in
the other.  As it is now, I have to manually move them and resize them
until I have a decent layout.  It would certainly be nice if I had a
way to automatically do this.  Any suggestions?
