Starting a program automatically maximized

I looked at the list archive before I decided to submit this question
because I'm betting it has been asked before. But there was no search
option for the list, and no way to download the list as plain text (or
otherwise) to grep it.

And when I sent an e-mail to the openbox-faq e-mail address, (and then
openbox-help) it didn't return any information that explained how I
could search the archives. All I got back was this:

"FAQ - Frequently asked questions of the openbox at icculus.org list.

None available yet."

So, here I am, asking what has probably already been asked. If there
was some other way for me to discover the answer to this question on
my own, I apologize ahead of time for being too stupid to figure it
out.

My question is simple (I think).

I want to know if there's an option for starting windows already
maximized? If so, how do I edit the ~/.config/openbox/menu.xml file
to make the program I want start in a maximized state?

Also, is there a way to edit the aforemention XML file to make a
program open without window decorations? (For example, when you right
click the window title bar, and click the Decorate option, it will
shut off the window borders. Is there a way to make that happen
automatically when starting a program?)
