[openbox] Why don't use xpm files?

Now i have played with the themes more than anyone i bet, and i still
have a play, mostly just aping other themes, but in a 'box way, there is
plenty to do, some gentoo-ers tried setting up a site but i died?

i think people make themes but they have nowhere to put them, also i did
make like a hundred themes when openbox 3 arrived so i probably
saturated the market there, but i still think there is plenty of fun to
be had.
