Openbox 3 rc.xml + Xinerama

I've searched, but not found a simple answer for this.  I figured I'd 
just ask before mucking around trying to guess at it:

Under the Openbox2 docs, it mentions the following options for using 
Openbox w/ Xinerama turned on:

session.xineramaSupport.windowPlacement
session.xineramaSupport.windowMaximizing
session.xineramaSupport.windowSnapping

Where and how (and can they be) added to rc.xml?

e.g..

<xinerama>
    <windowPlacement>True</windowPlacement>
</xinerama>

?
