huge shout out to Mikael Magnusson

Maybe a huge fanfare is is order as Mikael takes command of the openbox 
ship (or as is the infornmation as i best understand it)?
May we all be happy bed(hammock?)fellows as this voyage of 
maintainership sets sail. I, for one, look forward to the future in 
Mikael's more than capable hands.

Also big thanks is in order to Ben, Scott, Derek, Marius et al, for all 
the work they have done in the past, may you not become strangers :)

let the good ship openbox sail on!
