That lower-but-don't-focus-window-underneath little thingy

Hi all!

The reason I'm writing this is because of that 
lower-but-don't-focus-window-underneath "feature", that is really 
getting on my nerves. In fact, that was the reason i've been using the 
old openbox2 for all that time. So, I'm not suggesting anything radical 
as to abandon your decision to go the way you describe in the faq (all 
with the chances of underneath lying the correct window and all) but 
pretty please, with sugar on top, could we have an option to _disable_ 
this feature? Please?
