ToggleMaximizeFull returns to previous x coordinate but centers y

Hi,

I just tried openbox and xfce4-panel, and that works great. I couldn't
do 'openbox --replace' though when running xfce, because the
SESSION_MANAGER env variable was not set.

My real question: when I use the keybinding "ToggleMaximizeFull" twice
on a small window, the window returns to the previous x coordinate, but
gets centered vertically. Is there a reason for this, or is it a bug?
