[openbox] [ANNOUNCE] ObConf 1.4

Hi all,

For beta 4 and 5 I have been getting this error when running obconf:

obconf: relocation error: obconf: undefined symbol: parse_paths_startup

Everything compiles ok and libobparser.so.0.1.0 is new.
