[ANNOUNCE] Beta5 released

Hello all,

I'm pleased to announce Beta5 of Openbox-3.0. This release is pretty much
just bug fixes, especially to the build system. Libtool and automake are
causing some serious headache all of a sudden. This developer is not overly
impressed.

Hopefully this fixes issues that have arisen (I know of one it didn't yet
already :|).
