[openbox] suggestion/request re: separators

Sorry, I hate to sound argumentative, but the GNOME HIG does not suggest
using text as part of menu separators.  In fact, I doubt that GTK+ is
even capable of doing that.

This is not to say that it should not be considered in Openbox, but I
only question its necessity.
