[openbox] beta1, xinerama, and menu placement

Oops, sorry.  :)  I did try looking in Bugzilla before I posted, but I
wasn't able to find a previous bug report, maybe I didn't try hard
enough (tried searching for 'menu' and 'xinerama').

For future reference, is this not the proper list to be asking questions
of that nature?  i.e, is this mainly for new development ideas?
