[openbox] New theme format proposal

i like your top level ideas and the consistancy thing a lot, but i think 
as i explained, i think it would be simpler if groups were formed, the 
attached file is basically andy's but "grouped" and changed 'blur' to 
'unfocus', for increased sanity. I know the example is very gtk-y but 
it's just an example after all.

Also i was thinking that sub-groups like

class "window"
{
subclass "focus"
{}
subclass "unfocus"
{}
}

etc.
this would probably be hell to parse, it was just an idea etc.
