[openbox] focus last

no, this is just me trying to get to know, how I would like to have it:
when switching desktops with the keyboard shortcut, the window under the
mouse gets focus. when using the panel, the window, that had it the last
time, gets to keep it (the panel is under the mouse).

I found myself repeatedly expecting to have the window, that was
focussed last, to have focus again (I didnt move the mouse on this
desktop, while on the other one :)

I also know now, that what I like most about X, and openbox especially,
is, that one can type in a window, that is not top of the stack (unlike
macos classic and X, and winXX). and that follow mouse is just there, to
save a click, for me at least.

so I was wondering, and probably, somebody may join. focuslast IIRC, was
an option to set the behaviour of this.
