[openbox] notice when windows are hung

by default, middle click on the close button is bound to kill the window, 
but just does an xkill thing.

and this most likely only works on windows that set _NET_WM_PID i guess? 
either that or by magic :) (i reserve the right to be totally wrong on 
this though)
