[ANNOUNCE] Openbox 3.0 Release Candidate 4 released

Hello all!

Now available is the fourth Release Candidate for the fast approaching 3.0
release!

I would encourage everyone to upgrade as soon as possible, and to test this
thing thoroughly :)

Announcing the latest in window management technology - the fourth Openbox
3.0 release candidate! This release fixes a couple crash bugs that turned
up, improved the intelligence of the smart placement, and fixed ICCCM
compliance for the WM_TAKE_FOCUS protocol.
