[openbox] Can't doubleclick to shade windows in alpha2a-ex-plus?

Not busted, per se, but the doubleclick interval was missing a 0. I 
wanted a 1000 millisecond delay, but instead got a 100 ms delay. I 
thought I had gotten used to this Happy Hacking keyboard by now.
