[openbox] 2 questions: window decs in OB4_alpha5 and x/y coordinates display

You could try looking at mikachu.ath.cx/mikabox.patch, i removed that
border and do some stuff with the popups position, and lots of other stuff
that are so crazy xor wont put it in ob :)
