I think MXN has a good idea. Though, to be valid XML, it would probably
have to look more like this:

<theme name="Example-OB3">
  <menu>
    <title>
      <texture name="bevel1"/>
      <gradient name="vertical"/>
      <color name="#AA11AA"/>
      <justify align="left"/>
      <font string="sans:pixelsize=10:shadowoffset=3:shadowtint=25:shadow=y">
    </title>
  </menu>
</theme>

Is this what you had in mind, MXN?
