JMPalm added to jugglemaster repository

Hi all,

JMPalm (JuggleMaster for Palm OS) is now in the jugglemaster repository.
JMPalm was my initial JuggleMaster port, and was the original inspiration
for writing jmlib.

I've updated it with support for the newest Palm OS devices. I've also added
a feature that shows the currently active part of the siteswap (a feature
present in the original jugglemaster that's been missing from jmlib until
now).

PS: I've also taken the liberty of adding the "show active part of siteswap" to
the wxwidgets version.
