JMQT New Version

Heya,

I've just committed a new version of jmqt, in its entirety, to the
jugglemaster svn tree.

It's written by catstar, this is his webpage:

Everything is of course committed with his permission. Thank-you so much
for finishing this, catstar, I'm just sorry it took so long for me to
get it into the public source!
