[Gtkradiant] permissions errors

Hi all,
I'm trying to make a fedora package of gtkradiant.

When the files are installed in a root directory i can't start the exec.
I also tried simply moving the untared files to /usr/lib on my 
virtualbox fedora testing machine (don't do this on your own pc unless 
you love the risk) and the output is the same.

Is there any way to get the installers working in sistem folders and not 
only in the user home?
