[Gtkradiant] Problems with q3map2. Compiled on Ubuntu 9.04 64bit.

I have the same problem where -vis/-light stages crash due to
pthread_join errors. (64-bit Ubuntu 9.04). If you force them to only
use one thread, that error goes away. However, -vis crashes due to a
different problem. I've only very briefly looked into it.
