[Gtkradiant] [Bug 1118] New: Runtime error pops up repeatedly

Hi!
Why do you use the 2.8.18-1 Gtk Runtime? Use that runtime that ships with
GtkR. Radiant doesn't support Gtk > 2.4 on Windows.
