Hard Drive Space: Enough (Over 10 GB)
Video Card/OpenGL Drivers: Riva TNT2 M64 32 SDRAM (NV ForceWare 71.74)
Version of GTKRadiant: GTKRadian 1.2.12 and 1.4.0

Error:
I/O Warning: failed to load external entity "/home/quban/.radiant/1.2.12/global.pref"

Cause of Error:
I checked file: exist,
I checked Q3A patch: OK,
I tried to run the program as root and user (quban),
I tried to search answer on google - no results, can't find,
I asked my friends, they didn't know, they say: "it goes well on my computer"
