[Gtkradiant] ViewSVN disabled

ViewSVN has been causing repository lockups ever since the 0.37 
repository upgrade. I took it down. Don't have time to investigate this 
but I have sent a bug report to the ViewSVN developers. This is going to 
break the email reports. I might try setting up SVNWeb ( perl 
alternative to ViewSVN ) but I would need an updated commit script to go 
with it as well.
