I am looking at checking those in. Looks like we need .vcproj for libxml2,
libpng and zlib. I'm considering upgrading those to the newest release too.

Also, we are going to need to distribute a specific VC7 runtime, right?
"If you use the compiler which comes with Visual Studio .NET, note that
it will link to its own C-runtime named msvcr70.dll. This file is not
available on any machine which doesn't have .NET installed."

How do we cleanly deal with that on the setup side?
